Glebe Collegiate swept the Girls, Boys and Overall Titles at the East Conference XC Championships at Green's Creek on Thursday. Glebe started the day off on the right foot, winning the Midget Girls and Midget Boys races, while their Junior Girls and Senior Boys were also third. Ridgemont Junior Boys had the most impressive showing of the day, placing all four scorers in the top 7 to tally just 15 points, led by individual champ Joe Fast.
Individual girls winners were Isablle Stevens - Ashbury (Midget), Katie Newlove -St. Peter (Junior), Megan Roy - Louis Riel (Senior), while Lucas Clemons - Colonel By (Midget), Joe Fast - Ridegmont (Junior) and Andre Alie-Lamarche - Gloucester (Senior) captured the boys races.
All athletes that completed the Conference Championships are now eligible for the NCSSAA Championships next week.
